    Why is it worth it?

    We started the collaboration with the Product Discovery phase, which involved workshops aimed at defining the key functionalities of the platform. At this stage, we conducted several interviews with drivers and forwarders to best align the product with their needs and determine what could be the biggest market advantage.

    This approach helped continue the work in subsequent phases and became the foundation for further development efforts. As a result, after a product launch, we were able to acquire nearly a thousand companies on Prilo in a short amount of time. Every day brings increasing interest in the platform, which fills us with optimism.
